Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
23 crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in sugar, pecans and crackers.
Pour into greased 12-inch dish.
Bake 25 minutes.
Completely cool.
