Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. skim milk
1 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour and stir.
Add milk gradually, stirring with a wire whisk.
Thicken.
Add cheese and stir.
