Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Measure flour and sift, then sift all dry ingredients together. Combine all ingredients.
    Do not use a mixer.
    Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    No icing is necessary.
