Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 small pork chops
3 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Batter pork chops and fry until brown on both sides.
In a large casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes and onions.
Pour mushroom soup mixture over potatoes and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Put pork chops on top and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
