Browned Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. powdered sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Heat butter over medium heat until delicate brown; cool.
    Mix melted butter with powdered sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix until fluffy.
    Frosts a 13 x 9-inch cake or fills and frosts two 8 or 9-inch cake layers.
