Spinach And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 c. sour cream
    12 to 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small saucepan over medium heat, saute onions, celery and garlic in butter until tender.
    In a separate bowl, combine sauteed mixture, cooked spinach, sour cream, artichoke hearts, hot pepper sauce, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with the other 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with warmed tortilla chips.
