Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. or 8 oz. margarine
2 1/2 c. or 1 lb. 4 oz. brown sugar, packed
3 lb. unsweetened, well-drained crushed pineapple
1 box or 4 lb. 8 oz. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Sprinkle pineapple over syrup in sheet pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour batter over pineapple in pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 in a convection oven about 50 to 60 minutes.
Invert each portion on serving dish and garnish with whipped cream.
