Ingredients

50 to 60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
2 pkg. instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. ice cream
1/2 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk and ice cream well.
Add Cool Whip.
Spread pudding mixture on cracker crust.
Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
