Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Jell-O brand sugar-free pudding (the kind you cook)
    2 cans pineapple tidbits
    2 cans Dole tropical fruit mix
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    3 bananas
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Drain fruit and save juice.
    Use juice (about 3 cups). Sprinkle pudding and cook until thick.
    Let cool.
    Chop bananas and put in bowl.
    Add about 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Mix. Spoon out bananas.
    Add all other fruit and mix with pudding.
    This is a fat-free salad.
