Technicolor Casserole(Aka Chicken Spectacular) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken or Swanson canned chicken chunks
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's combination wild and white rice, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium jar sliced pimentos
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. French-style green beans, drained
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (may substitute yogurt)
1 can water chestnuts, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
To freeze, do not cook prior to freezing.
