Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients; blend the two until it forms a ball. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes, then roll out.
    Yields 4 crusts.
