Special Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef roast
    2 cans whole potatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1 small bottle A.1. steak sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wrap roast in foil and place in roasting pan.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain potatoes and reserve liquid.
    Cut onions in slivers and place it in with the potatoes around the roast.
    Mix reserved liquid with mushroom soup and A.1.
    steak sauce.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Seal roast tightly and bake at 400\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
