Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornmeal, flour and cornstarch; stir in eggs. Add milk, lemon juice, butter and lemon rind; mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer or until filling is firm and lightly browned.
