Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Chop vegetables.
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Pour vegetables in skillet; season with salt and pepper and stir briskly.
    Lower heat, cover and steam gently 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir again.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
