Pork Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork steaks (can be cut up smaller)
1 large onion
4 to 5 large carrots (large slices)
6 to 8 large potatoes, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Brown cut up pork; salt and pepper.
Place in Dutch oven or casserole.
Add chopped onion, sliced carrots and sliced potatoes. Heat soups, adding enough Cheez Whiz to have an orange color. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bake in slow oven, 275\u00b0, for about 3 hours.
