Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    24 oz. mushrooms
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
    1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 lb. bacon
    2 envelopes Herb-Ox chicken flavor
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop into small pieces.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble (save grease).
    Add stems to bacon and fry for a couple of minutes.
    Add Herb-Ox.
    Crumble bread in food processor or blender.
    Add bacon mixture to bread and then add cheeses to this.
    Add grease, if needed, to form ball type dough.
    Form into balls and stuff into mushroom caps.
    Bake in foil-lined and covered pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
