Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 small jars Gerber strained plums
Preparation
-
Mix oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time, sifted dry ingredients, plums and nuts.
Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
