Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and salt.
    Whip with fork until creamy.
    Add carrots, walnuts, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
    Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Don't overbake.
