Inez'S Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hash browns, defrosted
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together and place in greased casserole dish.
Top with buttered cornflake crumbs, if desired. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
