Lemon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers, crushed
    1 large can Pet milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 lemons, juiced
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Chill milk in freezer until slivers of ice appear in it.
    Turn into a chilled bowl and whip.
    Add lemon peel.
    Slowly add lemon juice, beating constantly.
    Continue beating and add sugar slowly. Cover bottom of pan with half of crackers.
    Pour whipped mixture into pan and cover with remaining crackers.
    Wrap and freeze. (Will keep several weeks in freezer.)
