Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped *
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and black pepper
2 cloves garlic
basil to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. tomato paste

Preparation

*You can used canned tomatoes, either whole ones you chop or canned diced tomatoes, drained.
Crushed tomatoes do not work in this recipe.
