Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken Stove Top
    3/4 c. hot water
    3/4 c. salsa, divided
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix stuffing, milk, water, 1/4 cup of the salsa and margarine in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chicken over stuffing.
    Pour remaining 1/2 cup salsa over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove foil.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
