Shoo-Fly Pie(Amish Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. dark Karo
1/2 c. light Karo
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1 1/2 c. hot water (not boiling)
Preparation

Mix well.
Dissolve 2 teaspoons soda in 1/2 cup hot water and add to mixture.
Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells and top with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until top is dry and done.
