Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can tomato sauce
1 can mushroom slices
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
6 skinless chicken pieces
hot cooked pasta
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shake flour in Reynolds oven bag (large); place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, oregano and garlic powder to bag.
Squeeze bag to blend in flour.
Add chicken to bag.
Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce.
Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
Close bag with a nylon tie; cut 6-inch slits in top.
Bake until chicken is tender, 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
Makes 4 servings.
