Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cabbage leaves (large)
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. bulgur wheat, cooked
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. salt-free tomato sauce
Preparation
    Steam cabbage leaves in steamer just enough to fold.
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer in pan for 10 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Open cabbage leaf, put in enough of mixture for 1 serving.
    Fold over sides, then ends.
    Use toothpick to hold. Fill all 7 leaves the same.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cook for about 15 minutes in covered dish at 325\u00b0.
