Stir Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1\\2 lbs. Chicken Breasts, cut to thin strips
    Any vegtables, carrots, broccoli, scallions, peppers, or mushrooms
    1\\4 C. Olive Oil
    1\\4-1\\2 C. Tsang Peanut Sauce
Preparation
    In Wok or large skillet heat olive oil. Saute vegtables for about 2 min. Remove from pan, keep covered. Add chicken to pan saute until done 3-4 min. Add vegetables to chicken.
    Coat with peanut sauce, heat.
    Serve over white rice.
    Keep frozen chicken in the freezer and for a quick meal, just cook the chicken and rice. Serve with a cucumber or apple.
