Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding (3.4 oz.)
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix flour, nuts and softened butter; spread in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
After crust cools, mix together 1 small carton Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Whip until smooth and spread over top of crust.
