Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    white pepper to taste
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
    mayonnaise, thinned with chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, eggs, pecans, pickles, pineapple tidbits, salt and pepper. Blend with enough mayonnaise to moisten, not too much. Seedless grapes may be substituted for the pineapple. Serves 8.
