Cowboy Sourdough Flapjacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cowboy sourdough starter
    2 c. lukewarm water
    5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs, well-beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c, half and half
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix starter, water,
    and flour in bowl; keep overnight. Stir in remaining ingredients the next day.
    Let mixture bubble 10 minutes.
    bake on griddle, using 1/4 c. batter for each cake. Makes 2 dozen 5-in. flapjacks.
