Maxine'S Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/8 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift dry ingredients together. Alternate dry and liquid ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
