Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 large carton sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with peelings until tender.
    Refrigerate overnight or until cold.
    Peel and grate potatoes.
    Add cheese and sour cream to potatoes.
    Mix well with hands and put in casserole. Dot in margarine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
