Squash Or Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked yellow squash
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 slice bacon
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon and butter.
Cook onion and pepper a little.
Add everything together.
Pour in casserole dish; top with 1/2 cup each crackers and cheese (paprika on top, optional).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
