Chicken And Chickpea Salad In A Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup diced cooked chicken meat or turkey breast
    1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
    1 tsp. coriander
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce or few dashes of cayenne
    1 cup nonfat or low fat plain yogurt
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 pita breads
    Stuffings, such as tomatoes, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, etc.
Preparation
    Toast the pitas.
    In a mixing bowl, toss all ingredients (except pitas and stuffings, or course), until everything is well combined.
    Stuff pitas.
    Serve immediately.
