Mulligatawny Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. curry
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. bread flour
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. rice
1 1/2 c. apples, peeled and diced
3 qt. chicken stock
1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add apples and cook 10 minutes. Combine flour and curry.
Add to onion mixture.
Stir in chicken stock slowly.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Add rice and boil for 20 minutes.
Add chicken, cream and seasonings.
Makes 1 gallon.
