Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. beef drippings
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. sliced, cooked carrots
    1 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. beef gravy
    2 c. cubed, cooked beef
Preparation
    Heat drippings in 2-quart utility dish with microwave 20 to 30 seconds.
    Add onion.
    Cook 3 minutes or until onion is limp.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Combine thoroughly.
    Cover and cook 8 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
    Recipe yields 4 servings.
