Microwave Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1 c. sugar
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    3 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    In 9-inch pie plate, place margarine.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute.
    Add cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar to melted margarine.
    Combine ingredients and press firmly to form a crust. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
