Low-Fat Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium size potatoes
    2 medium onions
    nonfat Cheddar cheese slices
    2 cans 99% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    butter flavored cooking spray
    salt and pepper
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Wash and slice potatoes thinly; do not peel.
    Slice onions thinly.
    Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
    Layer potatoes (sprayed with cooking spray), onions, cheese and undiluted soup.
    Repeat layers, adding salt and pepper to taste. After layers are in dish, mix remaining soup with milk and pour over mixture. Top with more cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
