Squash And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    1/4 stick margarine
    4 c. cooked squash, drained
    3 to 4 grated carrots
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. herb stuffing
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. crushed bread crumbs, mixed with 1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Place crumbs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and spoon over bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
