Mexican Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture into greased 10-inch square container.
    Spread half of cheese on top. Spread remaining mixture on top, ending with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
