Spinach With Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach in small amount of water with onion until spinach is thawed.
Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together.
Bake in greased casserole for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
