California Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    In a large kettle, bring water to a boil.
    Add all vegetables and bouillon cubes.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add soup and cheese.
    Stir until blended.
