Ingredients

1 pkg. ref. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 med. granny smith apples
1/4 c. caramel topping
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Roll dough out flat onto a stone or rectangular baking dish.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until brown. Cool 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla.
Spread mixture evenly over cookie.
Peel, core and slice apples into small pieces.
Arrange apples over mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Heat caramel sauce and drizzle over apples.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top.
Cut and serve.
