Peanut Butter Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Preparation

Mix peanut butter and syrup until thoroughly combined.
Add cereal; stir until well coated.
With the back of a tablespoon, press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and around sides of lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan forming crust.
Chill until firm. Spread ice cream evenly in cooled crust; freeze until firm.
