Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 large onion
    2 large ripe tomatoes or 2 c. tomatoes
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
    2 c. beef bouillon or tomato juice
    1/8 tsp. thyme (optional)
    1/8 tsp. marjoram (optional)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet; add salt to taste.
    Place chops on top of rice in deep casserole.
    Put a thick slice of onion and a slice of raw tomato or 1/3 cup canned tomatoes on each chop. Add a ring of green pepper.
    Add tomato juice or bouillon to skillet in which chops have been browned.
    Add thyme and marjoram to liquid.
    Pour liquid to casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
