Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 qt. (12 c.) popped corn, unsalted
1 1/2 c. unsalted nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine melted butter or margarine with brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Continue boiling, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Add nuts, if desired.
