Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb and garlic mix or onion soup mix
    1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, red and green peppers and mushrooms), sliced or cut up
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a plastic bag or bowl, shake or toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated.
    Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Discard bag.
    Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
