Rocky Mountain Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. well drained blueberries
Preparation

Stir milk and oil into egg.
Add dry ingredients; stir until just moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Batter should be lumpy. Fill greased muffins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
