Swedish Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage sliced thin
    2 medium onions sliced thin
    1 C. sugar
    1 C. vinegar
    1/2 C. salad oil
    1 tsp. each salt, dry mustard, celery seed
Preparation
    Layer cabbage and onions in large bowl.
    Heat to boiling:
    sugar, vinegar, oil and spices.
    Pour over cabbage and onions, covering all of top.
    Cover, chill overnight or several hours.
