Chunky Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jalapeno, seeded
    1 medium red or Vidalia onion, chopped fine and divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium tomato, halved, juice and seeds removed and cubed, divided
    1 c. coarsely chopped cilantro, divided
    1 large or 2 medium ripe Hass or Fuerle avocados
    1 lime, halved
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place the jalapeno, half the chopped onion and the salt in the work bowl of a food processor.
    Process until it becomes a paste. Stir in half the tomato and half the cilantro and continue to process to a paste.
