Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. riced potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook and rice potatoes.
    While they are still warm, add butter and sugar; stir.
    Add cream and salt, then lastly the flour.
    Work with your hands and make small balls the size of golf balls.
    Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
    Put in refrigerator until chilled.
    Take out and roll in round pieces, almost like a pie crust.
    Use lefse stick to slide under it and move it to lefse griddle to bake.
    Be sure to bake both sides.
